Reve Diamonds is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page.
In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours. Each order we send out is securely packaged and fully insured against loss, damage or theft during transit by our insurance company. The outer packaging features no references to the contents inside. Items are dispatched six days a week, Monday to Saturday, with all parcels being fully insured by Reve Diamonds. When your item is delivered to your address, you will need to sign a ‘Proof of Delivery’ for security purposes. Please make sure someone can accept your parcel at your address on your behalf if you are unavailable. The delivery address you give us must be secure. We cannot be held responsible if someone other than you or an authorised representative signs for the package.
Reve Diamonds delivers worldwide (local shipments to the US and international shipments).
Reve Diamonds orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). For security reasons, Reve Diamonds will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.
Reve Diamonds offers free shipping on all orders.

Your diamond jewelry is made to your exact specifications. This means some pieces can take longer than others. We generally aim to get your items delivered between 2-14 days of receiving your order.

From time to time, your order dispatch may be delayed. We will contact you as soon as we think this could be the case, either via telephone or email. Unless we have your permission, we cannot leave a message if you can’t answer the call. This is for security reasons.
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.
Reve Diamonds will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.
Reve Diamonds recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or workplace. Reve Diamonds is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
We are able to offer free delivery not only in the US but overseas too. However, we cannot be held responsible for any duties, taxes or surcharges applied on orders made outside the US. For this reason, we recommend that you find out how much the order will cost before you confirm it.
Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which Reve Diamonds makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
