This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through: www.revediamonds.com/us/

Reve Diamonds is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. Each order we send out is securely packaged and fully insured against loss, damage, or theft during transit. The outer packaging features no references to the contents inside. Items are dispatched six days a week, Monday to Saturday, with all parcels being fully insured by Reve Diamonds.

Reve Diamonds Shipping

Reve Diamonds delivers worldwide. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday–Friday, 9:00AM–5:00PM). For security reasons, Reve Diamonds will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases.

Shipping Costs

Reve Diamonds offers free shipping on all orders.

Order Processing Times

Orders will be processed 1–3 days after purchase. Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

Shipping Times

Your diamond jewelry is made to your exact specifications. We generally aim to get your items delivered between 2–14 days of receiving your order.

• Express turnarounds and items in stock: 1–7 working days
• Bespoke commissions: 14 working days
• Wedding rings in stock: 1–4 working days
• Earrings: 2–4 working days
• Tennis bracelets: 2–4 working days
• Pendants: 2–4 working days

Delays

From time to time, your order dispatch may be delayed. We will contact you as soon as we think this could be the case, either via telephone or email.

Undelivered Packages

If at the time of delivery the customer is not at the delivery address, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

Wrong Delivery Address

Reve Diamonds will not take charge for lost or undelivered packages due to wrong shipping addresses. Please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses at the time of purchase.

Secure Delivery Address

Reve Diamonds recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or workplace. Reve Diamonds is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

Customs TAX

We offer free delivery not only in the US but overseas too. However, we cannot be held responsible for any duties, taxes, or surcharges applied on orders made outside the US.
