Our Craftsmanship Guarantee

Each Rêve Diamonds piece is meticulously handcrafted by our master jewelers using only the finest materials and techniques. We guarantee against all manufacturing defects for the lifetime of your jewelry. Should a craftsmanship fault ever appear, we will repair or replace the piece free of charge. This guarantee excludes damage from accidental impact, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Complimentary Annual Cleaning & Polishing

We offer a complimentary professional cleaning and polish every year. Our specialists will gently remove any build-up, restore the shine of your metal, and bring your piece back to its original brilliance. This service is complimentary for the lifetime of your jewelry and is available by appointment at our New York or Los Angeles showrooms.

Free Annual Inspection & Setting Check

We provide a complimentary annual inspection to check your settings, prongs, and overall structure. Our experts will ensure your stones remain secure and your jewelry is in perfect condition.

Free Insurance Appraisal Updates

We offer complimentary updated appraisal certificates upon request, to help you keep your insurance records current. Simply contact our client care team, and we'll provide an updated replacement value document.

Complimentary Re-Sizing and Adjustments

Within the first year of purchase, we offer one complimentary ring re-sizing where possible. Further adjustments or complex alterations can be arranged with a personal quote. Our resizing and cleaning services are only available for customers who drop off their items in person and have their finger measured.

Exclusions & Limitations

Our Lifetime Aftercare covers all manufacturing defects but does not include regular wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss. Damage resulting from impact, chemicals, or unauthorized repairs is not covered under our guarantee.
