We proudly guarantee against all manufacturing defects for the lifetime of your jewelry. Should a craftsmanship fault ever appear, we will repair or replace the piece free of charge. This guarantee excludes damage from accidental impact, misuse, or normal wear and tear, but our team will always be happy to assess and advise on any necessary repairs.

Complimentary Annual Cleaning & Polishing

To keep your jewelry looking its best, we offer a complimentary professional cleaning and polish every year. During your appointment, our specialists will gently remove any build-up, restore the shine of your metal, and bring your piece back to its original brilliance. This service is complimentary for the lifetime of your jewelry and is available by appointment at our New York or Los Angeles showrooms.

Free Annual Inspection & Setting Check

Your diamonds and gemstones deserve the best care. As part of your aftercare, we provide a complimentary annual inspection to check your settings, prongs, and overall structure. Our experts will ensure your stones remain secure and your jewelry is in perfect condition, offering lasting peace of mind every time you wear it.

Free Insurance Appraisal Updates

Over time, the value of diamonds and precious metals can change. To help you keep your insurance records current, we offer complimentary updated appraisal certificates upon request. Simply contact our client care team, and we’ll provide an updated replacement value document to keep your jewelry properly insured.

Complimentary Re-Sizing and Adjustments

We understand that life evolves — and so can your ring size. Within the first year of purchase, we offer one complimentary ring re-sizing where possible. Further adjustments or complex alterations can be arranged with a personal quote. Our jewelers will always advise on the safest method to protect the integrity of your piece.

How to Schedule Aftercare

You can schedule your annual cleaning, polishing, inspection, or appraisal update by contacting our team directly or visiting your nearest Rêve Diamonds showroom. For clients outside the United States, we are happy to arrange secure, insured shipping to and from our service center. Please contact us in advance so we can ensure safe transit for your piece.

Exclusions & Limitations

Our Lifetime Aftercare covers all manufacturing defects but does not include regular wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss. Damage resulting from impact, chemicals, or unauthorized repairs is not covered under our guarantee. However, our team can assist with professional repairs, stone replacements, or restorations at a fair and transparent cost.
