The majority of our bespoke items take approximately 14-21 working days to create. Should you have a particular deadline in mind, you can always contact us to see if we can accommodate this.
We can start working on your ring once we have received a 30% deposit.
Your first resize is always free of charge. You can come into the showroom to size the finger correctly or alternatively you can check at a local jeweler and then send the ring back to us.
Resizing takes approximately 3-5 working days from the day we have receive your item.
We offer 5-year guarantee on all our jewelry. If something goes wrong, the centre stone is spinning or you have lost a small diamond on the band please bring the ring back to us and we will repair it free of charge.
Standard items displayed on our website are normally delivered within 3 - 5 working days. Customised items such as bespoke designs and vintage jewelry can take up to 14 working days.
In many cases we are able to meet shorter deadlines. If you require an order urgently simply let us know and we will do our best to ship your purchase as quickly as possible. Please contact us and ask about the specific item you want to order. Our best-selling designs are stocked in the most popular ring sizes. These rings can be delivered in 2-3 working days.
Yes, you can. Many of our customers choose to place orders over the telephone. We understand that customers investing in an expensive piece of jewelry may have questions or concerns that the website cannot answer. We also appreciate that many customers feel more comfortable placing an order with a ‘real’ person rather than online. We accept payments via the following methods: Credit card, Debit card, Bank transfer, Klarna and PayPal.
Credit/debit cards: We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. All payments by credit or debit card are carried out via an encrypted connection. This ensures that your details remain private and your payment is secure.
Bank transfer: Our bank information can be found on the receipt page and on the order confirmation. You will receive automatic confirmation to your e-mail when a purchase is completed.
We offer Klarna finance plans - Pay later in 4 interest-free instalments will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 4 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Reve Diamonds. The next 3 payments are automatically made every 2 weeks after your first payment (payments are every 15 days for California residents). You can also use Klarna Slice: Slice allows you to pay with consumer financing, without having to go through a lengthy sign up process. By filling out a few simple personal details, you can pay the amount due in instalments. You can have up to 36 months to pay these instalments, with or without interest. You can always monitor your payments’ schedule in the Klarna app.
We source diamonds from all over the world, using diamond manufacturers that comply with the United Nations Kimberley process. This ensures all stones are conflict-free. As we deal with diamonds of the highest calibre only, our diamonds usually come from Canada and Russia with some being sourced from Africa.
We source our diamonds directly from the manufacturers that polish the stones.
All the diamonds on our website are 100% natural stones. We also have a large inventory of lab-grown man-made diamonds.

We source our diamonds directly from the diamond manufacturers that produce the stones globally. This means we can offer the stones at almost a wholesale price to the retail market. As a predominantly online company, our overheads are much smaller. As a result, we can offer our diamonds at a more competitive price.

We ship internationally via FedEx and DHL. as soon as the package is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your parcel.
Our jewelry is delivered in discreet packaging without any external markings or indication of the contents. However, international orders that cross country borders comply with local rules regarding declaration of value.
All orders shipped within the US are delivered via USPS or Fedex are fully insured. Our global orders are delivered via FedEx or DHL and are insured until the point of delivery. On occasion we may use other local and global shipping agents.
Customers with a shipping address in the state of New York or New Jersey or who would like to collect from our New York showroom will be charged sales tax at checkout.
At present, we aren’t required to collect sales tax when delivering to any other state. For international orders you may be subject to local import duties and taxes as the item enters your country.
When items are sent outside of the US, they are exempt from US duties and taxes. This means you are required to pay your national duties and taxes. You will be required to pay these fees once your order has arrived in your selected country prior to delivery to the requested address. Please contact your local customs and excise office for the exact fees - Reve Diamonds can provide you with an estimate if required.
