Where is your Mayfair Showroom located?

We are located on the 1st floor of Berkley Square House, Berkeley Square London W1J 6BR (the same building as Amazonico restaurant just by Ferrari on Berkeley Square).

Do you have a Hatton Garden branch?

Our workshop is still located in Hatton Garden, and all our jewellery is handmade in-house. Our loose diamonds and jewellery are available to view only in our London Mayfair showroom.

What are your opening hours?

We are open 10am-7pm Monday – Friday, 10am–6pm on Fridays and 10am-5pm on Saturday. We operate a by appointment only system in our showroom. Contact us on +44 2070169878 to book an appointment.

Can I arrange a viewing of the diamond before it is set in the jewellery?

90% of the diamonds featured on our website are located in London. The rest of the loose diamonds on our website can be shipped overnight just for viewing without commitment prior to setting. We are happy to arrange for you to view the stone before it is set into the jewellery.

Do you offer a bespoke service and if so how does this work?

Should you have a particular jewellery design in mind that does not currently exist in our jewellery collection, you can contact us with your ideas and learn more about your options. Read more about our bespoke service by clicking this

What are your lead times?

The majority of our bespoke items take approximately 10-14 working days to create. Should you have a particular deadline in mind, you can always contact us to see if we can accommodate this.

What is the deposit require to make an order?

We can start working on your ring once we have received a 20% deposit.

What if I order the wrong ring size?

Your first resize is always free of charge. You can come into the showroom to size the finger correctly or alternatively you can check at a local jeweller and then send the ring back to us.

How long does a resize take?

Resizing takes approximately 3-5 working days from the day we have receive your item.

Do you offer a guarantee?

We offer 5-year guarantee on all our jewellery. If something goes wrong, the centre stone is spinning or you have lost a small diamond on the band please bring the ring back to us and we will repair it free of charge.

How long does it take to make and ship an order when ordering online?

Standard items displayed on our website are normally delivered within 2 - 3 working days. Customised items such as bespoke designs and vintage jewellery can take up to 14 days.

Do you have a fast track service?

In many cases we are able to meet shorter deadlines. If you require an order urgently simply let us know and we will do our best to ship your purchase as quickly as possible. Please contact us and ask about the specific item you want to order. Our best-selling designs are stocked in the most popular ring sizes. These rings can be delivered in 1-2 working days.

Can I place an order by telephone rather than online?

Yes, you can. Many of our customers choose to place orders over the telephone. We understand that customers investing in an expensive piece of jewellery may have questions or concerns that the website cannot answer. We also appreciate that many customers feel more comfortable placing an order with a ‘real’ person rather than online. What payment methods can I use?

We accept payments via the following methods: Credit card, Debit card, Bank transfer and PayPal.

Credit/debit cards: We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. All payments by credit or debit card are carried out via an encrypted connection. This ensures that your details remain private and your payment is secure.

Bank transfer: Our bank information can be found on the receipt page and on the order confirmation. You will receive automatic confirmation to your e-mail when a purchase is completed.

Do you offer any Finance plans?

We offer Klarna finance plans - Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Reve Diamonds and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively. You can always monitor your payments’ schedule in the Klarna app.

Who is Klarna?

Klarna is a Swedish payment service provider that takes end-to-end responsibility for your payment. Klarna is the provider of smooth payments to more than 200,000 online stores. Over 85 million consumers worldwide have trusted Klarna to securely handle their payments.

Where do your diamonds come from?

We source diamonds from all over the world, using diamond manufacturers that comply with the United Nations Kimberley process. This ensures all stones are conflict-free. As we deal with diamonds of the highest calibre only, our diamonds usually come from Canada and Russia with some being sourced from Africa.

How are the diamonds sourced?

We source our diamonds directly from the manufacturers that polish the stones.

Are you only selling natural or synthetic diamonds?

All the diamonds on our website are 100% natural stones. We also have a large inventory of lab-grown man-made diamonds.

Are Rêve diamonds sourced using conflict free sources?

Rêve Diamonds & Fine Jewellery is committed to sourcing diamonds that are conflict-free. We are registered with StopBloopiamonds.org and have demonstrated our support for conflict-free trade by signing the Stop Blood Diamonds campaign.

We also add the following declaration to all our invoices:

“The diamonds herein invoiced have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations Resolutions. The undersigned hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.”

Why are your certified diamonds so much cheaper than the high street?

We source our diamonds directly from the diamond manufacturers that produce the stones globally. This means we can offer the stones at almost a wholesale price to the retail market. As a predominantly online company, our overheads are much smaller. As a result, we can offer our diamonds at a more competitive price.

What will I receive with my purchase?

Each purchase from Rêve Diamonds will include the following:

Your jewellery presented in a luxurious wooden jewellery box

A diamond lab certificate (For 0.30ct + diamonds only)

An insurance valuation certificate at the RRP

A diamond cloth

Do I have to pay for delivery?

We offer worldwide free delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally via FedEx and DHL. as soon as the package is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your parcel.

How are orders delivered?

Our jewellery is delivered in discreet packaging without any external markings or indication of the contents. However, international orders that cross country borders comply with local rules regarding declaration of value.

Are orders insured for delivery?

All orders shipped within the UK are delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery and are fully insured. Our global orders are delivered via FedEx or DHL and are insured until the point of delivery. On occasion we may use other local and global shipping agents.

Do I have to pay VAT?

U.K Orders (UK Clients): Orders placed by customers in the UK will be subject to UK VAT of 20%.

International Orders (Non-UK Clients): If you have ordered the item by phone or over the internet and we are exporting your order outside the UK, you will not be charged any VAT. However, you may be subject to local import duties and taxes as the item enters your country.

Can I claim back VAT?

Unfortunately not. From 1 January 2021, we can no longer make in store sales in Great Britain under the VAT Retail Export Scheme.

When do I have to pay duties and taxes?

When items are sent outside of the UK, they are exempt from UK duties and taxes. This means you are required to pay your national duties and taxes. You will be required to pay these fees once your order has arrived in your selected country prior to delivery to the requested address. Please contact your local customs and excise office for the exact fees - Reve Diamonds can provide you with an estimate if required.

Can I return my order?

Rêve Diamonds & Fine Jewellery offer a 30-Day FREE Returns Policy for ONLINE purchases only. If you need a full refund, you can return your order within 30 days of the purchase date. Which insurance company do you recommend?

If you need diamond jewellery insurance, TH March is the insurance company we recommend as they specialise in jewellery care. You can get a quote from them at TH March or 01822 855555. Quote “AS205T” so they know you’ve bought from a legitimate source.
