Each piece of Rêve Diamonds jewellery is meticulously handcrafted by our master jewellers using the finest materials and techniques. We take immense pride in the quality of our work, and we guarantee against any manufacturing faults for the lifetime of your piece. Should a manufacturing defect ever appear, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. This guarantee excludes damage caused by accidental impact, misuse, or normal wear and tear, but we will always be happy to assess and advise on repairs where possible.
Your jewellery deserves regular care to maintain its brilliance. We invite all Rêve Diamonds clients to visit us annually for a complimentary professional cleaning and polish. During your appointment, our jewellers will carefully remove any build-up, restore the shine of your metal, and return your piece to its original lustre. This service is free of charge for the lifetime of your jewellery and can be booked at any of our showrooms in London, New York, or Los Angeles.
To ensure your diamonds and gemstones remain secure, our aftercare service includes a full yearly inspection of settings, claws, and structure. Our specialists will check for any signs of wear that could loosen stones and make adjustments where necessary. Preventive care helps preserve both the beauty and safety of your jewellery, offering you complete confidence every time you wear it.
Insurance valuations change over time as diamond and precious metal prices fluctuate. We therefore offer free renewal of your insurance valuation certificate whenever you require an update. Simply contact us with your request and we will provide an updated document that reflects the current replacement value of your jewellery. This ensures that your piece remains properly insured at all times.
We understand that life changes — and so do ring sizes. Within the first year of purchase, we offer one complimentary ring re-size where possible. Additional re-sizings or complex alterations can be quoted individually. Our team will always advise on the safest approach to maintain the integrity of your piece.
You can book your annual clean, polish, inspection, or valuation update by contacting our team directly or by visiting your nearest Rêve Diamonds showroom. For clients based outside the UK, we are pleased to arrange secure, insured postage to and from our workshop — please contact us in advance so that we can coordinate safe transit for your piece.
Our Lifetime Aftercare covers all manufacturing defects but does not extend to general wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss. Damage resulting from impact, exposure to harsh chemicals, or unauthorised alterations will not be covered under our guarantee. However, we are always happy to assist with professional repairs, stone replacements, or restoration work at a fair and transparent cost.
