Guidance & Education
During your appointment, you’ll learn all about the 4C’s — cut, color, carat and clarity. We’ll talk you through the various types of precious metals, diamond and gemstone qualities and ring styles to help you discover what you love most. You’ll get the chance to try on our designs and work with our jeweler to create your dream piece.
Unique to You
Appointments are curated around your personal preferences. Using our showroom designs as a guide, your jewelry specialist will walk you through the process of creating your one-of-a-kind ring or finding your perfect piece of jewelry from our collection.

We are located on 745 5th Ave, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10151.
WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?
We are open 9am–6pm Monday – Friday and 9am–5:30pm on Saturday. We operate a by appointment only system in our showroom. Contact us on +1 (646) 898 2098 to book an appointment.
DO YOU OFFER A BESPOKE SERVICE AND IF SO HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Should you have a particular jewelry design in mind that does not currently exist in our jewelry collection, you can contact us with your ideas and learn more about your options. Read more about our bespoke service by clicking this LINK.
WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES?
The majority of our bespoke items take approximately 14–21 working days to create. Should you have a particular deadline in mind, you can always contact us to see if we can accommodate this.
WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO MAKE AN ORDER?
We can start working on your ring once we have received a 50% deposit.
WHAT IF I ORDER THE WRONG RING SIZE?
Your first resize is always free of charge. You can come into the showroom to size the finger correctly or alternatively you can check at a local jeweler and then send the ring back to us.
ARE YOU ONLY SELLING NATURAL OR LAB-GROWN DIAMONDS?
All the diamonds on our website are 100% natural stones. We also have a large inventory of lab-grown man-made diamonds.
ARE RÊVE DIAMONDS SOURCED USING CONFLICT FREE SOURCES?
Rêve Diamonds is committed to sourcing diamonds that are CONFLICT-FREE. We are registered with STOPBLOODDIAMONDS.ORG and have demonstrated our support for conflict-free trade by signing the Stop Blood Diamonds campaign.
