Our heart pave setting 18k white gold necklace has been thoughtfully crafted with 15 diamonds to ensure maximum sparkle in any light. The round brilliant cut diamonds are set in a heart pave setting to create a look suitable for a whole host of occasions and hangs from a 18 inch diamond cut chain (0.8mm width).
