The Nikita design heart shape diamond engagement ring is the height of romantic jewellery, with a sparkling heart shape centre stone surrounded by an outer halo of round brilliant cut diamonds. Sat on a feature band with round cut shoulder stones, this is an engagement ring to truly fall in love with. The ring can be crafted in either 18k white gold, 18k yellow gold, 18k rose gold or platinum and can be custom ordered with a center 0.30ct up to 10ct heart shaped certificated diamond. All our jewellery is designed and manufactured in the United Kingdom.
