Our open rose diamond pendant in 18k white gold has been thoughtfully crafted with 81 diamonds to ensure maximum sparkle in any light. The round brilliant cut diamonds are set in a open rose diamond pendant to create a look suitable for a whole host of occasions and hangs from a 18 inch diamond cut chain (0.8mm width).
